Our return window is 14 days from delivery (items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories/serials intact). If an item is defective on arrival, please report it within 7 days for a priority exchange or repair assessment. To start a return, email sales@gratia.co.za with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Ozow Instant EFT) after inspection; allow 3–7 business days once approved. Exclusions include activated software/licences, opened consumables, cut cable, special-order items, and damage due to incorrect installation or misuse. All products carry a manufacturer warranty; terms vary by brand/product and we’ll assist with the claim process. If we shipped the wrong or defective item, we cover return shipping; otherwise standard return shipping may apply.
